Bright straw yellow. Delicately reductive on the nose at first, then opens up to nuances of mint, freshly cut grass, yellow stone fruit, a hint of sea salt on the finish. Taut on the palate, with good tension and drive, clearly salty, spans a wide arc, full-bodied finish.
