Tasting from 29.10.2021: Othmar Kien, Simon Staffler

Bright shining rust red with a garnet touch. Initially slightly reductive, needs air, then tart herbal scent, interwoven with red currants, then tar and undergrowth. Spreads a wide dress, juicy on the palate, grippy, almost youthful tannins, presses again on the palate at the back, minimally draining on the finish.
