This has a brilliant, shining straw yellow colour. On the nose it is strongly yeasty with a tendency towards reductiveness, it needs plenty of time and air to open up, and it has some lemon with smoke on the finish. It is vivid and compact on the palate, unfolding beautifully, with an elegant finish with a well-integrated mousse. It is bone-dry on the finish.
