Intense golden yellow colour with fine-grained mousse. Fragrant, nuances of quince and ripe peach, with a spruce resin in the background. Juicy notion on the palate, with well-integrated, fine-grained bubbles, spreads out with a fruity emphasis, somewhat restrained on the finish.
