Tasting from 20.02.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep dark ruby red. Ripe plum, mint and thyme on the nose with a hint of dark chocolate. Juicy on the palate with taut acidity, dark fruit, somewhat rough tannins, medium-long, spicy finish. Should age a little longer.
