Tasting from 14.02.2025: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a purple shimmer. Fragrant on the nose, reminiscent of lavender and violets, followed by some plum and cherry, and a little mint. Structured on the palate, with lots of herbal savouriness, powerful tannins, dancing acidity and a medium-long, salty finish.
