Tasting from 09.02.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Clear ruby with slightly brightening rim. Finely marked nose with notes of violets, then lots of crisp cherry, some clove in the background. Grippy tannin, unfolds with emphatic hearty drive, still seems a bit rough at the moment, needs further ageing.
