Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 24.05.2017: Peter Moser

Lighter carmine garnet, ochre reflections, broad watery rim. A fine hint of peppermint, a hint of dried herbs, red berry confit, mineral touch. Full-bodied, red berries again, delicate fruit sweetness, lively acid structure, red cherries on the finish, full of finesse, lemony freshness on the finish, an animating food companion.
