Rich ruby with garnet rim. Dense and clear nose, smells of truffle and leather, then lots of ripe cherry, raspberry, multi-layered. Full-bodied and clear on the palate, shows a lot of fruit melting, opens with grippy, fine-meshed tannins, salty.
