Leonce ist naturtrüb. Infolgedessen hat man zwei Weine in einer Flasche, einen trüben, oder nach Absetzung des Trubes, einen klaren Schaumwein. Geschmacklich ist dies ein grosser Unterschied. Leonce ist der Prinz, der männliche Gegenspieler von Lena und wie sie gar kein Langweiler. Ein wunderbar fruchtgelandener Bursche mit frischer Perlage und cremiger Textur. Der Wein sollte gut gekühlt genossen werden. Die Flasche muss langsam mit Gegendruck geöffnet werden und es empfiehlt sich, ein Glas daneben parat zu stellen. Aufgrund des Trubes und des Weinsteinausfalls könnte es beim Öffnen etwas schäumen. Der sichtliche Weinsteinausfall ist ein natürlicher Vorgang.

Intense, engaging notes of berries, ripe strawberries and dark berries, with floral nuances. Pleasantly lean and dry on the palate, again with intense fruit and subtle minerality. Juicy aftertaste. Very accessible.
