Tasting from 15.10.2024: Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog

This has a rather light colour. It has intense aroma notes of elderberry and leaves on the nose, some cherry, as well as light berry, and distinctive pepper and paprika, it is all extremely fresh. It is rather slender on the palate, with an elegant structure, a beautiful balance of fruit and fresh herbs, again some paprika, very fine tannins, and a ripe acidity. It lingers long on the palate.
