This has a bright, lively lobster pink colour. With a very fragrant nose there are aromas of almond, coconut flake, ripe cherry, and with a hint of plum. It is fresh and juicy on the palate, showing vivid fruit, a nice consistency, and a well-integrated mousse. It is harmonious and refined, and is a wonderful aperitif.
