Bright straw yellow with a delicate light golden touch. Intense white peach and apricot mousse on the nose, with a slight white blossom aftertaste. Delicate fruit sweetness and well-integrated mousse on the palate, uncomplicated, harmonious, rather sweet for a brut, but suits it well.
