Very pale green yellow colour with silver reflections and particularly persistent, fine mousse. Intense nose of ripe pineapple, quince jelly and Williams pear, inviting bouquet. On the palate balanced between fruitiness and acidity, the mousse is finely integrated, good harmony, long finish with a pleasant mouthfeel.
