The spumante R Extra Brut Trento DOC from the winery Cantina Rotaliana has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
Bright lemon yellow. Fresh, elegant and fragrant on the nose, with notes of white flowers, young quinces, oranges, a touch of salt and hints of toasted hazelnut. Juicy on the palate with a salty mousse, lovely fruit expression, candied citrus fruit, rich and harmonious from start to finish. Great fun to drink.
