Rich, bright golden yellow with a radiant core. Elegant nose with notes of yellow plum and quince, light floral touch. Wide-meshed, well-integrated mousse on the palate, mouth-filling and powerful, with a slightly salty, mineral finish.

Very clear on the palate, precise on the tongue, lively acidity, compact and dense on the palate, lingering citrus notes.

On the nose very fragrant notes of acacia flowers, white peach and light honey underlined with light yeasty notes.
