Intense golden yellow colour. On the nose shows nuances of Parmesan rind, toasted almonds, white chocolate, then candied lemon zest. On the palate offers fine creamy texture, notes of pineapple, opens up beautifully with yellow fruits, a clear and cool style, coherent in attack and development, dry finish.
