Bright brilliant lemon yellow. Toasted bread crust on the nose at first, then a hint of orange blossom, a floral undertone, and also prominent fully ripe plum. Vivid and fresh on the palate, already taut, a subtle mousse, it is a vinous sparkling wine, balanced, restrained and delicate.
