Brilliant straw yellow with a persistent, fine-grained mousse. Freshly cut apple, meadow grass and white flowers on the nose, delicate lemon scent. On the palate with fine mousse and well-integrated sweetness, stretches harmoniously over the tongue, crisp finish, drinks very well.
