Pale straw yellow with a green core, fine and persistent mousse. Freshly cut grass, sage, white peach, acacia and a hint of nutmeg on the nose, with yeasty notes on the finish. Full-bodied on the palate, with a rich fruit texture and somewhat sharp mousse, fresh, a hint of blossom honey, delicate drive on the finish, medium length.
