The red wine Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, vintage 2015 from the winery Capanna has been rated in 2020 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Shiny, intense ruby. Very fresh and SAVOURY aroma, smells of rose petals, pomegranate and cherries, plus lots of cloves, some white pepper. Round and balanced in approach and course, shows grippy, dense tannin, hearty, sweet fruit on the finish.
