Tasting Notes
Sparkling, intense ruby with a fine garnet rim. Very fragrant nose with pronounced fruit, fresh, crisp cherry, raspberry and rose petals, coriander seeds in the background. Notes of smoke and tar on the palate, then dark blackberry fruit, opens with grippy, gripping tannins, still quite closed on the finish.
