Tasting from 29.01.2018: Ulrich Sautter

Very discreet aroma, red gooseberry, earthy, cardamom. Fine texture on the palate, silky and salty, has grip and roundness, a kind of restrained power, texture and yet also substantial density. A hint of wood is cleverly integrated. Aromatically still closed.
