Tasting from 01.01.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Intense bright straw yellow. It is spicy on the nose with distinct aromas of fine oak, vanilla, cold butter, wax, gently of toast, and then undertones of ripe banana and honey. On the palate it is juicy and round, and there is creaminess and a great texture. It is mildly phenolic, salty and resonates beautifully.
