The red wine Tenuta Nuova Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Casanova di Neri has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 100 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Powerful, bright ruby. Impressive nose with rich notes of wild raspberry, ripe, tree-fresh plum, in addition some liquorice, exciting. Salty and juicy on the palate, shows a lot of red berry fruit, then opens with fine-meshed tannin, polished and exceedingly long.
