Brilliant shimmering green yellow. Very restrained at first, then delicate yeasty notes and almond cream, gradually notes of quince, apricot and Williams pear appear. Clearly more fruit on the palate, red cheeked apple, fine mousse, vibrant, very straightforward with good tension, tapers off at the back and shows good flow.
