Tasting from 14.07.2015: Axel Biesler und Marco Lindauer

Unusually dark, spicy bouquet, reminiscent of a Shiraz. Mint, smoke, chocolate and preserved cherries. Extract-sweet raspberry fruit at the start is framed by brittle tannins. Develops notes of undergrowth and forest floor over time. Dry tannins on the finish. Requires a large glass or time and a patient drinker.
