Tasting from 16.10.2023: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. Inviting nose, cherries and raspberries, some liquorice and mint, light notes of cheese rind, predominantly floral on the finish. On the palate, a nice juiciness, with subtle notes of citrus fruit, crisp, very youthful tannins, at the moment still slightly drying.
