A sparkling, bright straw-yellow color with green hues. An alluring, intense nose reveals lush notes of nutmeg, bergamot, grapefruit peel, and lemon balm. Delicate and refined on the palate at first, it then opens up with intense fruit and spice notes; clear and straightforward, with a wonderfully dry, salty finish. Ideal as an aperitif—but not just that.
