Bright, rich ruby red. On the nose hearty, with clearly savoury notes, plus fine, earthy tones, truffle, blackberry, cassis, some mint. On the palate it shows with plenty of rich tannin, warm-hearted, full, shows exceedingly substantial, comes back juicy in the finish, still wants to store a bit.
