Tasting from 26.04.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red with a glistening core. An alcohol styled scent, followed by savoury peppery notes, with a hint of leather, iron and blood, resonating undergrowth. On the palate, fruit-forward with a lovely creamy core, followed by a swathing savoury mouthfeel. Savoury reverberations and a slight alcohol nuanced finish.
