Tasting from 01.02.2026: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep dark ruby violet. Smells hearty and inviting of blackberry jelly, violets, bread crust, some licorice and cinnamon. Juicy, juicy on the palate, with lots of young tannin and plenty of fruit, well worked out, definitely enjoy with protein-rich dishes, it's twice as much fun!
