The red wine Ripa delle More Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2019 from the winery Castello Vicchiomaggio has been rated in 2023 by Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark, baroque ruby red. On the nose some resinous components, plus some cherry juice, as well as violets, overall of medium expression. On the palate very juicy, clear, tightens up nicely, shows itself accessible and with fine and luscious fruit, drinks very well, in the finish pithy and with Tuscan character.
