Tasting Notes

Tasting from 08.09.2015

From 30-year-old vines at an altitude of 525 meters in Tierra Estella. Very chocolaty on the nose, with herbal notes and some wood. Sandy, dense tannins on the palate, spice present early on, discreetly supporting acidity. Interesting that the tannins are not at all lacking in tension despite their crumbly consistency.
