The white wine Limoux AOC Consolament, vintage 2016 from the winery Cathare - Franck Schisano has been rated in 2019 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Mauzac Blanc from the region Languedoc-Roussillon in France.
A trace of wood, caramel candy, but also damp lime, citric notes, still seeming closed. On the palate taut, also still very closed, with firm acid backbone and mineral sensations, good balance and very good perspective.
