Tasting from 05.12.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Rather restrained on the nose. Cherry, light and dark berries, subtle sloes and fine spice nuances. Medium-bodied on the palate, with a pleasant melting texture and again lots of fruit. Noticeable, somewhat tannic in the medium-long finish. Ends spicy and slightly warming.
