Very complex nose, characterised by citrus notes and some exotic fruit such as passion fruit, then notes of white flowers. Vibrant acidity at the start, showing power and suppleness as it progresses, exotic fruit and a hint of white pepper. Excellently structured, with notes of toasted bread and dried herbs on the finish.
