Tasting Notes

Tasting from 21.03.2025: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Shows aromas of dried apples, quince and lime blossom honey on the nose, as well as herbs, spices, yeast pastries and roasted nuts. Harmonious and elegant on the palate; very fine mousse, mineral and with a crisp acidity. Long finish accompanied by spicy notes.
