Brilliant, brightening ruby colour with garnet shimmer. Opens with fine savoury notes of aniseed and fennel seed, then lots of cherry, plum and some peach. Blossoms beautifully on the palate, initially showing appealing berry fruit, then opens up with fine, dense tannins, savoury and very long.
