The white wine Fendant Valais AOC, vintage 2014 from the winery Cevins S.A. has been rated in 2015 with 87 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chasselas from the region Valais in Switzerland.
Some pear, candy and herbal tones, with air increasingly strong mineral notes, flint, on the palate a lot of melting and volume, but also a quite lively acidity, varietal, rather neutral finish, a solid food companion.
