Medium golden yellow. A ripe, distinctly savoury nose shows dried dates, some fig and dried apple, as well as ripe citrus, caramel and roasted notes. It's elegant on the palate with a very fine, creamy mousse and a salty, mineral impression. Hints of dried fruit show here too, en route to the long, mineral-spiced finish.
