Tasting from 26.09.2025: Peter Moser, Benjamin Herzog, Dominik Vombach, Ulrich Sautter, Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler, Gerhild Burkard, Romana Echensperger

Rustic attack, rather measured mousse, broad nose with hints of Boskop apple, stewed quince, walnuts, toast. There are also hints of wild yeast, damp moss, earthy undergrowth and wet stone. Lively and effervescent on the palate, harmoniously balanced between acidity and ripeness Long, deep finish. A Champagne with personality, away from the mainstream.
