Fleshy citrus fruit on the nose, especially grapefruit. There are also notes of redcurrant and green papaya as well as smoky nuances. The palate is fresh and characterized by citrus, with a beautiful tartness that extends into the long, salty finish. (Dominik Vombach, 03/26)
