Tasting Notes
Light yellow gold, silver reflections, fine, rather delicate mousse. A hint of yellow greengage, subtle pineapple, white blossom, honeydew melon note, discreet mandarin zest. Taut, complex and tight-knit on the palate, white apple fruit, 8+g/l sugar lend a fruity opulence with some brioche and honey notes on the finish. Will certainly benefit from a few years of bottle age; very approachable style. (Deg. 11/2019).
