Fresh palate, with some breadth behind the stolid and mineral notes. The mousse seems fine and opens in a mellow fashion. With air contact more and more Chardonnay. Compact, grippy. Refined acidity, savoury on the finish. Substance and texture suggest certain ageing potential.
