Tasting Notes
Very light lemon yellow colour. Bouquet of fresh citrus fruit, green meadow herbs and kumquat, accompanied by a hint of yeast bread. Lively on the palate with a tingling mousse and juicy, refreshing acidity, which diminishes somewhat on the finish. The finish is savoury and peppery with delicate notes of quince.
