Light golden yellow with green reflections. Transparent fruity fragrance, pear, quince with exotic hints of pineapple and mango, delicate herbal savouriness and roasted almonds in the background. Fine mousse, baked apple, fresh acidity and tender fruit expression on the palate, aftertaste of nougat with a slightly tart citric echo.
