Aroma of brioche, yeast pastry, light almond, with delicate caramel and red apple, later apricot and peach blossom, followed by some smoke. Fine mousse on the palate, cultivated and noble, full-bodied, red fruit, peach, a hint of cherry, almond and toast, ripe, elegant style, has good length, also a nice accompaniment to food.
