Rich, bright copper gold. An intense bouquet of red forest berries, rosehip and rooibos, with some delicate hints of smoke too. There's a grippy mousse on the palate with fine, lively acidity and well-balanced fruit sweetness leading into a tart finish of grapefruit and red apple peel.
