Tasting Notes
Bright, shiny golden yellow. The bouquet of citrus fruit, apricot and white currant has some subtle hints of cookie. It's juicy and full-bodied on the palate, with a balanced acidity structure and elegant sweet yellow fruit in the aftertaste, behind the refreshing mousse. The medium length finish has some herbal and spice notes to it. A good aperitif.
